Welcome to Odyssey Martial Arts! 

Please complete the Student Waiver prior to your first class. 

The Student Waiver MUST be complete in order for you or your student to participate in class.

• Fill out your waiver prior to the start of class. Students without a completed waiver will not be able to participate.
• Wear comfortable clothes to every class.  Shorts are recommended during the summer months.
• Bring water!

• Pick up your uniform, helmet, curriculum notebook, and patches (for Juniors level students) any open day prior to the start of class or 15 minutes before the start of your class.
