Tang Soo Do is a modern martial art and its purpose is to develop every aspect of the 'self' in order to produce a mature person who can totally integrate his/her intellect, emotions, body, and spirit.
Our fun program for 4-6 year-olds consists of 30-minute classes, twice a week. This class begins with the very basics of martial arts, and helps teach young students to achieve discipline, self-control, confidence and team-work, as well as develop gross motor skills.
The Juniors Program (ages 6.5-14) is designed for students to get a feel of what martial arts is all about. All Juniors will learn self-control, focus, discipline, self-defense, confidence and respect.
This program will enhance one’s flexibility, toning, basic self-defense, weight loss, and conditioning. This is a great program for teens or adults who do not have prior experience.
